A first exchange project was set up in 2003 with a group of giants from the town of Vallgorguina in Spain.

John the woodcutter went to Vallgorguina in September 2003 and the spanish giants of the town will join us in 2006 at Steenvoorde.

Another exchange took place in 2003. JEan le Bpucheron visited his friend TOTOR at Steenwerck and the latter will return the visit in 2006.

On the last week end of April 2006, the Fourth European parade of Daning Giants will be held at Steenvoorde.

This festival should gather 100 dancing giants in the town. 

Those giants will be coming from all around Europe and the main guests will come from other continents. 

We have already established contacts with groups from Brasil, Quebec or Guatemala.
